Terms of Service

1. The service

NaijaPay is a software interface to licensed Nigerian financial partners. Funds are held and moved by partners, not by NaijaPay.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18+ and able to complete partner KYC. Sanctioned individuals and prohibited businesses cannot use the service.

3. Acceptable use

• No money laundering, terrorism financing, or fraud
• No commercial reselling of FX
• No use that violates Nigerian or your home jurisdiction's law

4. Fees

See the fee schedule. We may update fees with 30 days' notice.

5. Disputes

Disputes are governed by Nigerian law and resolved in Lagos State courts unless otherwise required by your home jurisdiction.

6. Termination

You may close your wallet anytime. We may suspend access for compliance, security, or breach of these terms.
